Why Cold Mornings Make Every Ache Feel Brand New

You were managing just fine all summer. Then the temperature dropped, and suddenly your back is tight before you even get out of bed. You're not imagining it. Harvest season is hard on your shoulders too

Everyone talks about harvest backs. But think about what your shoulders did this past month. The grain bags hauled, the equipment wrestled, the reaching and lifting that just became part of the day. That kind of repetitive work settles in and stays.
