New year and more people to help. Let's start with tech neck or forward head posture. It will activate the trigger points located in the upper trapezius muscles. What could our clients do for themselves. Hot and cold contrast therapy. This will act as a lymphatic pump to get rid of waste products created by stagnation. Get out of gravity more often and allow the muscles to relax. Set a timer and walk away from your desk every 15-20 minutes. A topical ointment for temporary pain relief. I love deep blue by DoTerra. Trigger point gun or even self cupping. And of course the obvious, get regular massages with the focus from you on the anterior neck, deep breathing with the legs up to help reset the core and relax psoas. These will help with the pull of gravity and that heavy head falling forward pulling on those trapezius muscles. Cervical Seminars will start this year if you need help with your hands on routines. See you soon. Happy Therapy.🙂
