VTS Anesthesia and Analgesia Rebecca Terra joins us for VetTechLife CE on the Sea Mexico 2027. If you LOVE anesthesia or need a better base line in anesthesia knowledge Rebecca has us COVERED.

Rebecca Terra graduated with her bachelor of science in veterinary technology from Mercy University in 2017 and worked as a licensed veterinary technician at a specialty and emergency hospital where she developed a passion for critical care anesthesia. In 2023, she obtained her VTS in Anesthesia & Analgesia, and worked as both the Surgery Service Supervisor at a small animal specialty hospital, as well as an adjunct professor at Mercy University. Rebecca’s love for teaching encouraged her to partner with her friend and fellow VTS, Tracey Mahoney, in creating CARES VetMed, a VTS-led training service providing continuing education and in-clinic nursing team training to both general practices and specialty practices. Rebecca is also a published author in the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians RVT Journal (Thermoregulation of the Anesthetized Patient, 2024), and she has presented lectures for the Veterinary Information Network (2025), Cornell University Veterinary Specialists Conference (2025), and the New England Veterinary Technicians Conference (2025).
