I’ve noticed many posts and received numerous calls from people searching for a new primary care doctor, so I wanted to take a moment to re-introduce myself. My name is Dr. Deborah Palmer, and I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to caring for patients across all stages of life—from newborns to geriatrics.

I founded Freedom Doctors Direct Primary Care, starting as a house-call-based model to provide personalized, home-centered care. While I still offer home visits, we now also have a physical office location in Sturbridge, MA. Direct Primary Care (DPC) is similar to concierge medicine, but it’s designed to be more affordable, making it accessible to patients with any insurance—or even no insurance at all.
