Hot stones, slow breaths, muscles melting, nervous system exhaling 🌀😮‍💨

One of my favorite ways to enhance my clients sessions lately has been incorporating hot stones exactly where needed and I have to say… they’ve been a hit. 🙌♨️

✨ Relaxed muscles
✨ Improved circulation
✨ Less tension and stiffness
✨ Deeper overall relaxation

Sometimes the body simply needs extra warmth to let go🌀

Beginning July 1st, session rates will be updated.

Since opening, I’ve been so grateful for the trust, support, loyalty and patience each of you has shown me — especially during my office move! Watching this practice grow and helping so many of you live with more ease- less pain & tension, has meant more to me than words can say.

This adjustment allows me to continue providing the personalized care and quality experience I value so deeply.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey !

A reminder , no matter the pricing - my services are all inclusive - so if you need cupping , heated scraping or a steamed eye mask- I got you! Tipping is never expected!
