Need lab work done? Revolution Health offers convenient lab draws through Quest Diagnostics at BOTH locations—no appointment needed!

We can perform lab draws for both current patients and individuals with outside lab orders. Best of all, you do not need to be an established patient to use this service. Stop in with your lab orders and let us help make your lab work quick and easy!

There is currently road construction going on near our Sturgis office on Lakeview Ave. that may affect accessing the building. Please note if you need to come into the office today you may use the back entrance off of Janet Court or come in from US12 for the time being.

Please arrive with your form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. If you wear glasses regularly, please bring them for your physical. You can find forms in your school office, RH office or online through MHSAA.
