Over the past decade, Paramount has changed in countless ways. We've moved spaces, expanded locations, grown our team, introduced new services, and continually challenged ourselves to raise the standard of what healthcare, training, and wellness can look like.

What started as a vision has become a community.

Off-Season Training starts here! 🫵👇

This summer, Paramount is opening a limited number of spots for athletes ages 12–18 who want structured, coach-led training in an extra supportive environment.

Designed for developing athletes of all experience levels, this 90-day program focuses on building strength, improving movement quality, and creating consistency during the off-season.

Program Includes:
• 2 semi-private training sessions per week
• Personalized coaching in a small-group setting
• 15-minute coach consultation
• 15-minute athlete movement screen with our physical therapy team

Our goal is not just harder training. It’s smarter training.

This program is ideal for athletes who want to:
• Build confidence in and out of the weight room
• Get a leg up for their upcoming activities
• Improve strength and movement mechanics
• Stay active and accountable during summer
• Prepare for upcoming sports seasons safely and intentionally

Investment:
$250/month for 3 months

Available June 1 – August 31 or until spots are filled. Spots are limited based on current training availability.
