A Celebration of Strength, Hope and Survivorship 💗

Clover Stadium was filled with hope, strength and community on July 19 as Good Samaritan Hospital’s Center for Breast Health partnered with the New York Boulders to honor breast cancer survivors.

The evening began with a ceremonial first pitch by Dr. Vaishali Purohit, followed by a heartfelt pink balloon release led by Dr. Toan Nguyen and a group of breast cancer survivors. Together, these moments served as both a celebration of survivorship and a moving tribute to the courage, resilience, and hope of those impacted by breast cancer.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Center for Breast Health at Good Samaritan Hospital, helping ensure our patients continue to receive compassionate, comprehensive breast care close to home.

Thank you to the survivors, families, friends, volunteers, and community members who came together to make this special day one to remember. 💕
