We apologize for any inconvenience that our late arrival policy has caused. This policy has been in effect since the opening of our office in 2022 but was not regularly executed until recently. Due to increasing wait times and patient dissatisfaction, we chose to enforce the policy. Within a week, we noticed a significant reduction in wait times and improvement in patient care and satisfaction. Our staff have been grateful for the change and are able to get home in time to be with their loved ones and family. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that all incoming patients are notified of this policy as it is included in the new patient registration packet. By signing the form and initialing each policy statement, patients/legal guardians are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms.

The Select Office is getting a makeover next week with fresh paint and new activity panels for everyone to enjoy!

Our office will remain open during usual business hours but will be offering virtual appointments only on Tuesday, July 29th and Wednesday, July 30th.

For the safety of our staff and patients, we have decided to keep the office closed today (1/21/25) AND tomorrow (1/22/25). We will re-open on Thursday, January 23rd.

The office will be closed on Monday, January 20th, 2025 in observance of Martin Luther King Day and on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 due to severe weather conditions. A decision regarding Wednesday, January 22nd will be posted as soon as possible.

Due to widespread power outages, the office will be closed the morning of Tuesday, July 9th. We pray that you and your family are safe during this stressful time.
