On Saturday, LMB Wellness Services was a vendor at the 4th Annual Community Health Fair hosted by Tamika K. Cross, MD, FACOG, Owner of Opulence Health and Wellness. My mini me, Jordy B provided the table set up and helped to distribute brochures, business cards, candy, stress balls, pens, and smiles. Be sure to check it out next year, you won't be disappointed.

Last Friday, I stopped by Schiff Elementary School to present to a 5th grade class on Career Day. They learned about wellness, being an emotions specialist, and a feelings detective. They were eager to participate and asked great questions. Thank you for having me!
