Your muscles try to protect you. When the spine becomes irritated, muscles around it contract fast. This is what creates spasms. Spasms are not the real problem. They are a response to a deeper issue. Find a professional you are comfortable with and find the real cause, then work on your personalized program. Don’t settle for “one size fits all programs”.
