You don't need to teach them complex medical skills—just simple, actionable rules that build confidence if an emergency happens:

📞 1. Call Emergency Services: Teach them how to access the emergency keypad on your smartphone and practice repeating their home address or full name.

🗣️ 2. Tell a Trusted Adult: Instruct them to immediately alert a teacher, a neighbor, or the nearest parent if someone is hurt or unconscious.

🩹 3. Leave it to the Grown-ups: Teach them that if a friend is hurt, their job is to go get help immediately, not try to move them.

🧼 4. Know Basic First Aid: Teach them simple steps like cleaning a small scrape with water, applying pressure with a clean tissue if it bleeds, and keeping it covered with a bandage to stop germs.
