Yesterday was another beautiful Wednesday at **The Auberge at Sugar Land**, and our garden was filled with smiles, laughter, connection, and a whole lot of love! 💚🪴

Our residents had such a wonderful time getting their hands in the soil, planting, watering, and enjoying the simple joy that comes from watching something grow. 🌺🌱 There’s something truly special about bringing people together around plants—creating memories, sparking conversations, and nurturing both gardens and hearts. ❤️

A very special **SHOUT-OUT to Raquel Vela from **Your Choice Hospice & Palliative Care**! 🌷💚 Raquel, we look forward to seeing you **every Wednesday**! Your warmth, compassion, energy, and genuine love for our residents make these garden gatherings something we all look forward to. ☀️🌴 **Summer Splash Bash 2026** 🌴☀️

What an unforgettable day we had at **The Auberge at Sugar Land** on **Friday, July 17**! Our **Summer Splash Bash** was filled with sunshine, laughter, delicious treats, and so many beautiful moments that brought smiles to everyone's faces.

From the colorful fruit displays, charcuterie boards, fresh veggies and dip, refreshing lemonade, and sweet watermelon to the beach balls, fun water games, tropical decorations, and festive music, every detail helped create the perfect summer celebration. Most importantly, our residents were all smiles as they laughed, played, visited with friends and loved ones, and simply enjoyed making wonderful memories together.

A very special **thank you** goes to **Mary from Three Oaks Hospice** and **Winter from Right at Home Home Care** for once again partnering with us to help sponsor and create such an incredible event. Your continued support, generosity, and dedication to enriching the lives of our residents mean more than words can express. We are truly grateful for all you do to help make days like this possible.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all of the family members who joined us. Your presence made the celebration even more meaningful, and seeing generations come together to laugh, play, and create special memories is what our community is all about.

The joy on our residents' faces said it all—there is nothing better than watching them light up with happiness, share laughs with one another, and enjoy an afternoon full of fun, friendship, and love.

Every day, I remind myself that to truly make a difference, you have to love what you do. This post may feel a little personal, but I genuinely mean every word from the bottom of my heart.

Being part of the team at The Auberge at Sugar Land is so much more than coming to work each day it's about building meaningful relationships, creating lasting memories, and becoming part of an extended family. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our residents, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing their smiles and knowing I've helped brighten their day, even in the smallest ways.

Today, we treated our wonderful residents to ice cream sundaes, and the excitement on their faces was absolutely priceless. Moments like these remind me why I chose this path. It's not just about activities it's about creating joy, encouraging connection, and making every resident feel valued, loved, and celebrated.

I remain committed to doing everything I can to bring happiness, comfort, and meaningful experiences to the incredible residents we are blessed to care for. Their smiles make every effort worthwhile, and I look forward to creating many more special moments together.

On behalf of the staff and residents,
Here at THE AUBERGE AT SUGARLAND we would like to extend our sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to **Mary with Three Oaks Hospice** and **Winter with Right at Home** for helping make our FATHER’S DAY BBT - BURGERS, BEER & TATTOO event such a tremendous success.

A special thank you goes to Mary & Winter for providing the tattoo station and non-alcoholic beer table, which brought so much excitement and enjoyment to our residents. The activities were a huge hit, and our residents absolutely loved every moment. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and engagement throughout the event was truly wonderful.

We would also like to recognize **Kameron** for his outstanding entertainment and performances. From the live DJ services to the dancing and singing, Kameron created an energetic and joyful atmosphere that kept everyone engaged and having fun. His talent and enthusiasm helped make the day unforgettable for all who attended.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, dedication, and effort that everyone contributed to this event. The turnout was amazing, and it was inspiring to see residents, staff, families, and community partners come together for such a memorable occasion.

Thank you again to everyone who played a part in making this event so special. The positive impact it had on our residents was evident throughout the day, and the memories created will be cherished for a long time to come.
