Gary Wayne McCool, age 67, of Greenwood Springs, MS, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. Memorial services will be held from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel at a later date. Bro. Heath Webb and Bro. Jason Clifton to officiate.

Stephan L. Hopkins, age 74, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at NMMC-Gilmore in Amory, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Detroit Church of Christ at 2:00pm with burial to follow in Friendship Cemetery. Garrett McDonald to officiate. Otts Funeral Home 22nd Annual Candlelight Memorial Service

We will continue our tradition with a special lighted balloon release, followed by a reception.

Thad G. “Ted” Boman, age 84, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Bro. Ricky Kendrick and Bro. Glenn Boman to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.
