🎶 The first of the month means one of our favorite traditions at Life Care Center of Sullivan: a visit from Bernard Ross!

Our residents always look forward to hearing him perform, and we often hear, “When is Bernard coming back?” It is easy to see why. His music brings smiles, singing, and plenty of joy to our community.

🎈 Happy 40 Years of Service to Patty Pratt, Health Information Manager!

Patty began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, then became a Certified Medication Tech before growing into her HIM role. 🩺 She has grown alongside our facility while touching countless lives along the way. Her unwavering dedication, support, and commitment to our residents, associates, and mission have made a lasting impact that can't be measured.

When she's not at work, Patty enjoys traveling, hunting for unique antiques, and spending time with her beloved fur babies. Thank you Patty, for 4 decades of service, compassion, and excellence. Your loyalty and hard work have helped shape what our facility is today, and we are incredibly grateful to celebrate this milestone with you! 👏
