Hi, my name is Jessica Karns and I am a local doula. I studied to be a doula through Stillbirthday University while pregnant with our fifth child and our Rainbow baby after the stillbirth of our second son and fourth child. I wanted to be able to offer support during the full spectrum of birth stories from fertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, intensive care, unexpected outcomes, and of course, happ

y full term births. Doulas provide support for women before, during, and after giving birth. We help you in creating your birth plan and encourage you in talking through all your options with your provider. We also try to help you educate yourself about the process and provide you with resources.
