There are a lot of exercises I DO recommend, but I’m always preaching that the things you do alllllllll throughout the day matter more than the exercises you do for 40 minutes of your day
Standing with your hips forward and feet out (hip external rotation and lumbar extension if you will) does not allow for glute engagement - this is especially hard during pregnancy due to center of mass changes and just as challenging postpartum when your carrying little ones around 🩷
But I double dog dare you to check in with your standing posture a few times throughout the day - try to have your ribs stacked over your pelvis, core engaged and feet parallel
