I did not agree to this promotion.

Running a yoga studio is apparently a lot of work. Fortunately, Albee has discovered the secret to avoiding burnout: sit down and look adorable until someone brings you a treat.

Reflection: What would happen if you approached your to-do list with just a little more Albee energy? Do what needs doing... and then take the nap.

New Class starting Sept. 4
Sunrise Flow with Michele on Fridays at 6 am.

Rise, shine and flow! Join Michele for the new weekly Sunrise Flow every Friday at 6:00 am. Practicing yoga first thing in the morning is a perfect way to set your daily intention and give your day a boost. Early morning is considered the “divine time” in yogic discipline. This is a time to better connect with your mind, body and spirit before the daily distractions begin.

Sunrise Flow helps you boost your energy, bring you peace of mind and help you with focus as you move through your day. This class is an active, mixed-level class that can benefit everyone from beginners to advanced. In this class, we will explore a variety of flowing sequences and held postures as we work on asanas (poses), breath, awareness and stretching. This class helps awaken the mind and body, strengthen and stretch the body, promotes balance and flexibility and aids promoting an inner calm.

Cost is $15 or included in the One Soul passes.

Mark your calendars NOW!

A little autumn magic is brewing at One Soul!

Join us on Saturday, October 10 at 11 am for a creative afternoon of crafting, intention, and a touch of hocus pocus as we welcome the magic of the fall season.

You’ll create your very own blessing broom (besom) using natural materials, thoughtfully crafted to become a beautiful seasonal piece for your home or sacred space. We’ll also blend a personalized fall “potion”, a seasonal essential oil misting spray designed to refresh your space, clear stagnant energy, and invite in the essence of autumn.

Along the way, we will share a little about the history and symbolism of blessing brooms, set intentions for the season ahead, and enjoy delicious seasonal snacks and good company. No experience or crafting skills needed. Just come ready to create, connect, and add a little magic to your autumn.

Come for the hocus pocus. Stay for the magic.

Cost is $45 per person (all supplies included). Advance registration required so that we make sure we have supplies for everyone. No refunds on no-shows or late cancels.

This workshop will be held outdoors, either on our covered yoga deck or art shala weather permitting. Otherwise, we will take it inside the studio.
