• Check patients out efficiently while creating a great final impression
• Keep the hygiene schedule full and productive
• Confirm appointments and manage daily schedule flow
• Verify insurance when needed
• Follow up with unscheduled hygiene & overdue recare patients
• Communicate with patients about appointments and treatment
• Support the front office team and keep things running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and scheduling notes
• Deliver excellent customer service every step of the way

✔️ 2 years general dental practice experience required
