🎓 Now Accepting Applications for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training! 🎓

Have you considered a career in healthcare? Carriage House Manor is excited to offer a FREE Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Course beginning July 1, 2026!

🩺 Class Details
📅 Start Date: July 1, 2026
⏰ Classroom Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
📚 Classroom Instruction Ends: July 10, 2026
🏥 Followed by: 40 hours of clinical training (clinical shifts will vary)

👥 Only 12 students will be selected for this class.

✅ Applicants should:

- Be dependable and committed to attendance
- Demonstrate good communication and reading skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate sufficiently to complete training and testing.
- Be physically capable of assisting residents with daily care needs
- Exhibit professionalism and a genuine interest in caring for others
- Meet any applicable background screening and health requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Have government issued ID

⚠️ Attendance is required. Due to state training requirements, students must attend all scheduled class and clinical hours.

📝 Applications will be accepted in person at Carriage House Manor through June 12. After the application period closes, applicants will be interviewed and 12 students will be selected to participate.

💲 Students are responsible for the cost of the state certification examinations.

A huge thank you to the City of Sulphur Springs crews who responded so quickly to the water main leak affecting our street and the residents at Carriage House Manor. And thank you for repairing our street!

We are especially grateful for the dedication shown by the workers who stayed on site until the repair was complete and water service was restored. Their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to our community did not go unnoticed.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for Beth Mills—15 years of dedication, growth, and heart at Carriage House Manor! 🎉

Beth’s journey is truly inspiring. She began as a CNA, worked her way to becoming an RN, served as our Director of Nursing, and now brings her expertise and precision to her role as our MDS nurse. Along the way, she’s touched countless lives—not just as a caregiver, but even as a patient in our own community following extensive cardiac surgery.

Beth, your compassion, resilience, and commitment to excellence embody everything we stand for. Thank you for 15 years of caring for others and for being such a vital part of the Carriage House family. 💙

I don’t know if you’ve seen the video pranks of staff drinking from anything but a cup, but I love these Department Heads for starting my Monday with a laugh! I’m afraid the joke was short-lived because I am Definitely going to notice a urinal on a table!
