Through the OAL–Sharon Carter University partnership, OAL-member practices can enroll employees in an online, self-paced paraoptometric training course for only $75 per employee—non-member price $149.
Employees do not need to be planning to take the CPO® exam to benefit. For those pursuing certification, the course also provides structured preparation for the American Optometric Association’s Certified Paraoptometric (CPO®) examination.
How the member savings work: Sharon Carter University provides a $24 discount, reducing the $149 course price to $125. OAL then contributes $50 per employee, leaving the member practice responsible for only $75
