STAT Response

STAT Response A safety company that is devoted to providing the finest quality emergency medical, safety and train In addition, STAT Response is locally owned and operated.

Originally founded in 1999 as Eastside Medical Services, STAT Response is owned and operated by Shane Roeder, EMT, and managed by an experienced staff of pre-hospital professionals. STAT Response is committed not only to providing the finest quality emergency services and training, but to employing persons who embody the foremost characteristics of a first response professional. We believe that in

order to provide the best for our customers and students, an employee must be in a challenging work environment, and rewarded well for their toils. Our employees are the faces of our company -- providing not only physical and mental care -- but acting compassionate, empathetic and professional. In essence, the "service" in Emergency Medical Services is not really a ride to the hospital or the quick bandaging of an injury at the county fair, but the emotional and physical care given by an employee to someone who is sick or injured. Many of our employees -- including much of the management team -- have worked for large national ambulance services and felt that the care they were forced to provide was not good enough for their friends and families. At STAT Response, we see ourselves as a vital part of the community that helps people when they are most in need. In fact, the owner of STAT Response may just be the one to treat your injuries or illness or teach your first aid / CPR course. Please contact STAT Response today.

STAT Response – A Message From Us

Since 1999, STAT Response has been part of this community. We started small — event first aid and training — and grew as the needs around us grew. When FAST and Explorer Post 911 closed, the demand from local non‑profits increased, and we stepped up because that’s what we’ve always done.

Then the pandemic hit. Many agencies stopped offering event coverage due to staffing shortages. Turning people away has never sat right with us. The whole reason STAT Response exists is so events don’t go without basic first aid support.

I’ll admit it — I let AI run a little wild with our marketing for a bit, and it didn’t feel like “us.” So I went back to our roots and blended where we started with where we are today.

We’re refocusing on what matters most: affordable, reliable first aid services and practical training for our community.

If you haven’t visited in a while, please take a moment to check out our updated website. Let us know how we can support your event or organization. We’re here to help — just like we’ve been since 1999.
