Here's why your spiritual path may not be progressing and what you can do about it RIGHT NOW!
The Spiritual journey can feel tricky because as we make progress, more ish gets thrown at us.
We find ourselves feeling distracted, foggy, even exhausted.
The mess that seems to follow us can feel chaotic...
So WTF can we do about it 💥right now💥 to get us feeling more aligned and moving forward? 🤔
🪷Step 1- First, recognize what's you and what's "someone else's"
Chances are, if you're on a journey of energy expansion, you're going to be sensitive to energy! And the thing is, we interpret energy around us *through* our body, so it will always feel like "us."
⏩️If it's not your energy/emotions/problem, I just wipe their ish off of me with a "dry bath"⏪️
🪷Step 2- If you're feeling foggy or exhausted, visualize pure, white light coming up from the ground into your feet. Then using your breath, imagine pulling the energy up through your body to the top of your head.
If you find yourself yawning, shaking, or even feeling like you have to spit, YAY! That means energy is moving.
🪷Step 3- put yourself back into your body! Back into the moment, the presence!
