📣 We're Hiring! Join the Shout Eat Play Team!

Shout Eat Play is looking for a detail-oriented, organized "Administrative Coordinator" to support our growing pediatric speech therapy practice.

This is a remote, part-time 1099 contractor position with flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week) and a starting pay of $400/week.

Responsibilities include:

* Uploading therapy documentation into the BabyNet documentation system
* Tracking late documentation and following up with therapists
* Requesting and maintaining updated physician scripts
* Emailing completed reports to therapists
* Assisting with administrative organization and compliance
* Helping ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time

We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Is highly organized and dependable
✔️ Communicates professionally and respectfully
✔️ Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
✔️ Pays close attention to detail
✔️ Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
✔️ Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information
✔️ Has a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
✔️ Has experience in healthcare, therapy, or medical administration (preferred)
✔️ Has experience with BabyNet, Early Intervention, or pediatric therapy (a plus, but not required)
