Year #9 of learning yoga 🧘♀️ and the fundamentals of yoga 🧘♀️ (and it all started with a pole dancing 💃🏼 boot camp workshop!!!)
My wellness journey started in 2016 when I began to look for the best ways to get some exercise plus get in a better headspace, and start applying a holistic approach to all my needs… mental and physical…. What started with a few essential oils kickstarted a new endeavor…

Officially…
YEAR #7 at Ladies Choice Fitness.
Since my work schedule usually is dedicated weekends, I make sure nowadays to try to get my weekly Thursday yoga 🧘 with Korin. 11 am every Thursday morning like clock work. Good vinyasa and she loves sun salutations. She’s also a very good friend and teacher.
I’m going to start attending on Tuesday mornings, I hear the pump and chair yoga fusion are two great classes paired together. We shall try it soon…
I’m really looking to create something for Sundays. A group of co-ed Sunday yoga friends 🧘♀️. The guys can join us. Kids too. Maybe we start with one Sunday a month? Then go to 2 a month.
Out underneath the oak trees at my place? (Ladson)
10 am to 11 am or 11 to noon?
I have 8 mats total.
(You can always bring a towel or borrow a mat.)
I have a few yoga blocks, no bolsters
But I also have some things for
A SOUND BATH!!! I have 3 Tibetan singing bowls, 2 large crystal singing bowls, an ocean drum, a rain stick, some various bells, and a kalimba. I can always sit in the middle of everyone during Shavasana and do a little singing bowl music meditation moment.

Let me know if you’re interested!!!
You’re not expected to do headstands. You can hug the oak trees for meditation if you want..you just need to show up.
We’re not going to hurt you but you’ll feel it on Mondays! That’s the point. To stretch your body. To move
Movement is medicine 💊!!!
Thank you all for being here!
