Hello Family,
Many of you know me as a family medicine physician. Some know me as a medical director, entrepreneur, or community advocate. Lately, more people are asking about my work in AI—so let’s talk about it, plainly and honestly.
I didn’t come to artificial intelligence to replace medicine.
I came to it because I love medicine.
After more than a decade in clinical practice, I saw a pattern many of us know too well: incredible physicians drowning in invisible work. Documentation after hours. Inefficient systems. Burnout disguised as resilience.
AI, when used responsibly, is not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters—with less friction.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of medicine, leadership, and applied AI. I help physicians, private practices, and healthcare leaders use practical, low-risk AI tools to reduce administrative burden, protect clinical judgment, and create breathing room in their day.
No hype.
No “one-size-fits-all” tech.
No disruption for disruption’s sake.
I focus on clarity before tools, workflows before software, and people before platforms. Because technology should support care—not complicate it.
If you’re curious about AI but cautious…
If you’re overwhelmed but still hopeful…
If you want to lead thoughtfully into the future without losing the heart of medicine—
You’re not alone. And you’re exactly who I do this work for.
More to come. Always grounded. Always human.
Cheers to Life.
