💜 DID YOU KNOW? 💜

Did you know Lactation Station & More accepts several insurance plans?

We know that one of the biggest questions families have when seeking lactation support is, “How am I going to pay for this?” We want families in our community to know what options are available to them.

In addition to the insurance plans listed below, we offer half-price office visits for families with Medicaid.

We also have a Wednesday Walk-In Clinic from 8 AM–12 PM, and through Mothering the Mother, free care may be available for families in need. 🤍

Not sure if your insurance is accepted or what option may work for you? Give us a call! We’re happy to help you figure out your next step.

Because needing support should never be something you have to navigate alone. 💕

💼🍼 Honoring Workplace Lactation Week 🍼💼

September 1–7, 2026

This year’s theme is:

✨ Work. Pump. Advance. Empowering the Modern Parent. ✨

Returning to work after having a baby can bring a whole new set of challenges for breastfeeding and pumping parents.

Finding time to pump.
Finding a private space.
Storing milk safely.
Working around meetings and schedules.
Traveling for work.
And sometimes simply wondering, “How am I going to make this work?”

The answer shouldn't be that a parent has to choose between providing for their family and providing milk for their baby.

Workplace lactation support can help parents feel supported as they navigate both roles—and supportive workplace policies and programs are associated with higher rates of exclusive breastfeeding.

A breastfeeding-friendly workplace can mean:

🍼 A private, comfortable space to pump
🍼 Reasonable time to express milk
🍼 Access to appropriate equipment and storage
🍼 Supportive policies and leadership
🍼 A workplace culture free from shame or judgment
🍼 Understanding that pumping is part of a parent's workday—not an inconvenience

And this isn't just about compliance.

It's about creating workplaces where new parents can thrive.

This Workplace Lactation Week, we're honoring the parents who pump between meetings, during shifts, on breaks, while traveling, and wherever their work takes them.

And we're encouraging employers to ask:

What would make it easier for a parent here to continue their breastfeeding journey?

Because supporting working parents isn't just good for families.

It's good for workplaces, too. 🤎

💗 THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! 💗

From all of us at Lactation Station & More, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate our Grand Opening and help us celebrate ONE YEAR of Mothering the Mother! 🎉

Your support, encouragement, kind words, hugs, laughter, and presence made this celebration so incredibly special. What a beautiful reminder of just how powerful community can be. 🫶

This new chapter for Lactation Station & More is about creating a space where families feel supported, heard, educated, and cared for—and we are so grateful to have each of you walking alongside us.

And celebrating one year of Mothering the Mother made the day even more meaningful. 💕 Thank you to everyone who has believed in the mission, donated, volunteered, shared our story, referred a family, or simply showed up. Because of you, we can continue helping mothers and families access the support they deserve.

Here’s to new beginnings, growing together, and continuing to mother the mothers in our community. 🌸

We are so grateful. We are so blessed. 💗

Also, a huge shoutout to B Photo LLC for snapping these wonderful photos from our special day.

Thank you for celebrating with us!
With love,
Lactation Station & More 🩷

Blessed: A Gift in Every Form 🤍

This poem is a reminder that breastfeeding is not defined by ounces, exclusivity, or perfection. It can hold both joy and exhaustion, confidence and doubt, abundance and struggle.

At its heart, breastfeeding is human—and woven through all of its complexities is something simple and powerful: love showing up, again and again. ❤️

Sometimes breastfeeding happens with all the information and support a mother needs. And sometimes, it happens on instinct, determination, and faith. 🤍

“We Breastfed on Faith” is a beautiful reminder of just how much mothers can navigate without the support they deserve—and how different a journey might feel when someone is there to help along the way.

This story is about resilience, trust, unexpected endings, and a mother who did the very best she could with what she knew at the time.

Thank you to this mama for sharing her story and reminding us why education, support, and keeping mothers and babies together matter. ❤️

Motherhood can come with an impossible amount of pressure—so many opinions, expectations, and questions that can leave us wondering if we're ever doing enough.

But beneath all the worry, the guilt, the sleepless nights, and the second-guessing is a mother who is simply trying to love her baby the best way she knows how. ❤️

There is no one “right” way to be a mother.
There is only your way.

If you needed this reminder today: you are enough. You always have been. 🤍
