You don’t have to walk in knowing exactly what treatment you want or what you “need.” That’s my job.

You tell me what’s bothering you, what you love about yourself, and what your goals are. From there, we’ll create a treatment plan that addresses your concerns while still enhancing the features that make you, YOU.

I’ll always be honest with you about what I think will work, what kind of results you can realistically expect, and even when I don’t think a treatment is right for you.

And sometimes, that may mean referring you to someone else who can better help you reach your goals.

At the end of the day, I don’t want to just sell you a treatment. I want what’s truly best for you. 🤍

Meet our practice manager: Randi Mertens, MSN, RN.

Some of you may know that this is our founder Jessica's mother who has graciously stepped in to help manage the business side of the practice!

Randi is a registered nurse and the practice manager at Luma Aesthetics and Wellness, bringing more than 35 years of nursing experience to the practice. Her diverse background includes bedside nursing as well as leadership roles in management, quality improvement, compliance, and education. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism while helping create a warm, welcoming, and exceptional experience for every Luma patient.

Outside of Luma, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being social.
Our team is so thankful for her and her help! 🩷
