Allow us to re-introduce Paola 🤍

Studio Manager. Pilates instructor. Organizer. Problem solver. Juggler. Behind-the-scenes queen. And yes… sock perfectionist. 😂🧦

There are a million little things that happen behind the scenes to keep R3finery running smoothly, and Paola has a hand in so many of them.

She keeps our days organized, our team supported, our clients cared for, and apparently… our grip socks exactly where they belong. 😉

We’re so lucky to have her keeping us all moving. 🤍

Show Paola some love in the comments! 👇

Summer can leave us feeling a little out of rhythm.

Maybe you’re feeling stiffer. A little weaker. Achy in places you weren’t before. Or maybe you just don’t quite feel like yourself.

You don’t need to jump back in at full speed. You just need to start where you are.

A little more strength. A little more mobility. Some release. Some stretching. And most importantly, consistency.

This fall, listen to what your body is asking for. We’ll meet you there. 🤍

September is for getting back into your rhythm. 🤎 And we have a few fun ways to do it this month!

✨ Sept 18 | Friday Nights at The R3finery: Beats & Bubbly 🥂
We’re turning up the music for a Friday night Reformer flow, followed by a little bubbly. Move, unwind & kick off your weekend with us.

✨ Sept 27 | Reformer + Fascia Release
Release first. Move second. We’ll start with fascial release using balls and rollers, then move into a Reformer flow and finish with deep stretching. The perfect Sunday reset.

✨ Sept 30 | Mamas Who Walk & Get Coffee ☕️
Join us at The Porch in Basking Ridge for a morning walk, coffee & connection.

📌 Save this post so you don’t miss the dates — and send it to someone you’d love to bring along!

Fall schedules are filling up. 🍂

Instead of waiting to see where Pilates fits, pick your days and make them part of your routine.

Monday + Thursday?
Tuesday + Saturday?
Wednesday + Friday?

For many of our clients, 2 Pilates classes a week is the sweet spot, enough consistency to make progress, realistic enough to maintain, and easy to combine with walking, strength training or other movement you enjoy.

The best routine is the one that actually fits your life.

So, what are your Pilates days this fall? 👇

Two Pilates classes a week can do more than you might think.

With consistency, Pilates can help you:

• Build strength
• Improve mobility + flexibility
• Improve balance and control
• Increase body awareness
• Move and feel better in your everyday life

And here’s something to put it in perspective: 2x a week = 100+ sessions over the course of a year.

You don’t need a perfect workout schedule to make progress. Start with what you can do consistently and build from there.

Know someone who keeps putting off getting started because they think they don’t have enough time? Send this to them. 🤍

If your workout routine took a little vacation this summer too… you’re not alone. ☀️

The answer isn’t to jump right back into 5 days a week or try to make up for lost time.

Start where you are. Pick 2 days. Focus on good movement and consistency, and add more when you’re ready.

Because the best routine isn’t the most ambitious one.

It’s the one you can actually keep.

Ready to get back into yours? 🤍

September is the new January. 🍂

There’s something about this time of year that feels like a fresh start.

Vacations wind down. Schedules settle. And suddenly, there’s a little more space to get back to the things that make you feel good.

Not a complete overhaul. Not an all-or-nothing plan.

Just getting back into a routine. Moving consistently. Feeling stronger. Taking care of your body.

If your routine took a little vacation this summer too, September is a pretty good time to find it again. 🤍
