I officially launched Empower My Teen just over a week ago, and I truly want to thank everyone for the support, kind messages, shares, and encouragement. It has meant more to me than you know. 💛

This week begins our regular biweekly episode schedule, and I’m sharing a little sneak peek of Thursday’s new episode.

If you’re a parent who has been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your teen or young adult, exhausted, or unsure of what to do next, sometimes… this podcast was created for you.

My goal is to create honest conversations, offer practical tools, and help parents feel a little less alone while navigating some of the hardest seasons of parenting.

I just wanted to say thank you. 💛

The support, kind messages, shares, listens, and encouragement over the last 24 hours have meant so much to me.

Launching the Empower My Teen podcast has felt exciting… and, honestly, a little vulnerable, too. So seeing people already connecting with the podcast has been incredibly meaningful.

Thank you for being here with me at the beginning of this journey. 💛

Today is launch day 🎉

I’m so excited to officially share my new podcast, Empower My Teen, with you.

As a therapeutic educational consultant and parent coach, I’ve spent years supporting families through some of the hardest and most overwhelming seasons of parenting teens and young adults.

This podcast was created for parents who may feel exhausted, disconnected, scared, or unsure of what to do next.

In each episode, I’ll be sharing practical tools, honest conversations, and support to help parents better understand their teens, strengthen their connection, and feel a little less alone in the process.

🎧 Three episodes are available now!

You can listen at:

I’m truly so grateful to have you here with me on this journey.

And if you know a parent who may need encouragement or support right now, I’d love for you to share the podcast with them. 💛

One of the hardest parts of parenting teens can be feeling like no matter what you say… they stop listening.

Today, I’m sharing a sneak peek from Episode 3 of Empower My Teen:

Why Your Teen Won’t Listen (And the 5 Words That Push Them Away)

This episode is all about communication, connection, and the small shifts that can sometimes make a very big difference in how our teens hear us.

The full episode will be available this Thursday as part of the podcast launch, along with two additional episodes. After launch, new episodes will air biweekly.

My hope is that these conversations bring both encouragement and practical tools to parents who are trying their best to stay connected with their teens through difficult seasons. 💛

As parents, we all ask ourselves difficult questions sometimes…

“Is this normal?”
“Should I be worried?”
“How do I know when my teen truly needs help?”

Today, I’m sharing a sneak peek from Episode 2 of Empower My Teen:

Is My Teen’s Behavior Normal or a Red Flag? How to Spot At-Risk Warning Signs

In this episode, I talk about some warning signs parents should pay attention to, while also reminding families that it’s important not to parent from fear alone but from awareness, connection, and support.

The full episode will be available this Thursday during the podcast launch, along with two other episodes.

I truly hope these conversations help parents feel more informed, empowered, and less alone. 💛

Sneak Peek: Episode 1 of Empower My Teen
For a long time, I’ve wanted to create a space where parents could feel seen, supported, and reminded that they are not alone.

Today, I’m sharing a sneak peek from the very first episode of my new podcast, Empower My Teen:

When Your Teen Is Struggling: My Story and How Parents Find Real Help

This first episode is deeply personal to me. I share part of my own journey, what led me to this work, and why I care so much about helping families find hope and connection during difficult seasons.

The full episode will be available this Thursday as part of the podcast launch, along with two additional episodes. After that, new episodes will air biweekly.

Thank you for being here with me as this journey begins.

Mother’s Day can feel different when things with your teen are hard.

It’s not always the day you imagined.
It’s not always easy to enjoy.

And it can bring up a lot that you don’t always say out loud.

💛

When our kids are little, there’s so much information about what to expect.

How to feed them.
How to bathe them.
Diaper changes.
All the milestones, like walking and talking.

There’s guidance everywhere you turn.

And then they become teenagers…

And suddenly, it’s not so clear anymore.

No roadmap.
No simple answers.

And it can catch many parents off guard.

💛

“I feel like we’re walking on eggshells…”

I hear this from parents a lot.

Trying not to say the wrong thing.
Trying not to set things off.
Constantly adjusting…to keep the peace.

It’s exhausting to feel like you have to tiptoe in your own home.

And over time… it can pull you further away from the kind of connection you’re actually wanting.
