It is safe to say here at Sandhills Chiropractic & Functional Health Center we have the best patients around! October means it is our turn to show our love and appreciation for each and every one of you. This year we are excited to announce a FULL week of fun rather than previous years of just one day. We will have GAMES, a PRIZE WHEEL, and a randomly selected GIVEAWAY each day that week, ending with a lunch and learn with Dr. Bradshaw himself!

How to earn giveaway entries:
• 1 entry for coming to your October appointment
• 1 entry for leaving a google review
• 1 entry for letting us use your photos we take in office
• 1 entry for any purchase made or supplement ordered
• 2 entries for every new patient you refer to us
