Three months ago, we all tested our Vitamin D levels. Most of us were lower than expected. We’ve been supplementing ever since. Some of us feel the difference. Others are waiting to see. Next month, we’re retesting to see if the numbers moved. Stay tuned.

There are three reasons people see a chiropractor. One, you're in pain and you want out of it. Two, you live with chronic pain and you want to manage it without surgery, drugs, or opiates. Three, you're not waiting for pain at all. You're investing in how your body moves and functions. We see all three phases here. Wellness is my favorite, because it keeps you ahead of the problem instead of chasing it.
