Recognize the Signs. Act Fast. Save a Life.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency that can happen quickly—especially during hot summer days or while working outdoors.

⚠️ Watch for these warning signs:
• High body temperature
• Confusion or disorientation
• Hot, red, dry skin
• Rapid pulse
• Severe headache or dizziness
• Nausea or vomiting

If you suspect someone is experiencing heat stroke:
- Call 911 immediately.
- Move them to a cool, shaded area and begin cooling them with cool water or ice while waiting for emergency responders.
