Wanted to share this link to a great, long awaited documentary on Ross Green’s approach to working with children....

I have personally found this approach to be more effective than token based and positive reward systems in my 20+ years working with all types of children.

Let’s get the word out about this more humane - and more effective - approach, and help put the brakes on this current growing trend of reward/punishment, sticker chart, time out, seclusion room, bribery, paddling, and PBIS based approaches being used.
