Look at this photo.
Two legs. Same person. Completely different structure on each side.
Now imagine trying to coach that individual with a universal standard — the same foot position, the same squat depth, the same alignment cues you give everyone else.
It doesn’t work. And deep down, most of us already know that.
The truth is, structural differences between individuals are real, significant, and largely invisible to the naked eye. You can’t see them on a movement screen. You can’t fix them with a cue. And you certainly can’t override them with a program template.
What you
can do is learn to assess for them, respect them, and design around them.
That’s exactly what we cover in the
RTS Foundations Lower Extremity course.
You’ll learn how individual structure shapes every lower-body exercise decision — from squat mechanics and foldability, to resistance strategies and real-time coaching adjustments. No cookie-cutter programming. No universal standards. Just intelligent, individualized
design.
