I will be gone all day Tuesday 7/14, Thursday morning on 7/23 and all day on Friday 8/1 due to my kids’ activities with sports and our county fair.

I’ll be in some extra afternoons to try to help make up for my time gone but please keep in mind if I don’t answer you on those days you may call or text this is why.

Happy 12 years!

I can’t believe I’ve been practicing chiropractic for 12 years 🤔 🤗

I’ve met so many wonderful people over the years and have been blessed with buying the office from Dr. Teachworth earlier this year.

Since I have many new followers with the change I’ll do a short re-introduction!

I grew up in Superior and graduated from Superior High School in 2006. I myself was a patient of Dr. Teachworth when I was in junior high (and high school!) due to severe back pain caused by sports. My improvement following adjustments peaked my interest into chiropractic and I went with it! 🦴

I went to Hastings College and majored in biology. I was on the track team so I definitely continued with my chiropractic care!🏃‍♀️ 🧬

Following that I began chiropractic school in 2010 at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. I married my husband Brett in 2011.

I graduated in the fall of 2013 and opened my practice in June 2014.

We welcomed our first daughter in 2013 and our 2nd in 2016.

My family has been my focus but my second family is all my patients. We’ve experienced highs and lows together and I strive to make a connection with everyone 💜

Just a reminder- please book through my booking link or by calling or texting the office number.

I do keep a second schedule for my checkout purpose only (Square). I do have settings set so no notifications are sent to patients but I'm hearing some people say they get texts from Square saying to download the app to make an appointment. You don't need to do this.

Sorry for any confusion-- I do this to make the check out process easier/quicker since it's just me at the office most days.
