You just had to be there. Our signature Let It Be Messy experience for teams, families, bachelorette weekends, small groups, and private sessions hit different. The fun, creativity unlocked, stress relief, just name it.

PJs welcome. Coffee’s and self-care stations are on us.

This Saturday morning we’re doing something a little different. Rise & Renew Experience at Surf City Flow. Come exactly as you are.

Doors open at 7am with free self-care stations:
Red light therapy. Near-infrared sauna. Foot massage. Hammock. Vibration plate. Space to be, connect, and even journal.

At 7:30 we move together with a gentle 30-minute (ish) flow.

Sounds good right?! We can wait to honor you and hold space for you this Saturday.

Great news… Fidel did his sunshine dance in the rain today to guarantee the sun will be out tomorrow.🤪

We’ll be beaching it up and turning up the good vibes just in time for the weekend. Also, come meet one of the newest members of the team.

Oh yeah, it’s going to be a good time. Friday beach Yoga 7:45 AM New Bern Ave.

I may or may not be bringing warm stones, Mexican blankets, etc. Also, a birthday girls is joining us. 🎉

Wear layers and sunscreen just incase. If you want to take a dip or join us for coffee afterwards you’re welcome to join.

It’s time to reset, come home to your body, and find that grounding you’ve been looking for all week.

Not all retreats are created equal.

The boat rides, deep meaning conversations, the connection, morning yoga sessions, group reiki, massages on the balcony, yummy food, the healing and the releasing… should we continue…

It’s never too late and it’s never too early to book your special event. We have bachelorette beach yoga, and private events booked out as far out as September and get request sometimes the month before. Special events and personalized group experiences is what we do and have been doing for the last 13+ years.

Can’t wait to exceed your expectations.
Now that our team is expanding it’s going to be even more so.
