Officially a HYROX Training Club ✨

Starting in June, we’ll be launching HYROX training sessions built to help women improve endurance, conditioning, pacing, and overall athletic performance.

Whether your goal is:
• completing your first HYROX race
• getting stronger and more conditioned
• improving running endurance
• pushing yourself in a new way
• or simply training with more structure and purpose

expect a mix of:
🏃‍♀️ running
🏋️‍♀️ strength training
🔥 hyrox-style conditioning
⚡️ sleds, carries, ergs, and functional training

You do NOT need to already be “in shape” or experienced with HYROX to start.
