We’re hiring a BCBA for an in-home position centered in Surprise, AZ.
Stepping Stones Behavior Support was founded by a BCBA—because families and clinicians deserve better. Our model prioritizes emotional regulation, parent empowerment, and helping families graduate, not keeping them in therapy indefinitely.
What makes us different:
• Flexible schedules and manageable caseloads
• In-home services centered locally in Surprise (minimal drive time)
• Competitive compensation
• Strong clinical collaboration and support
• Focus on meaningful outcomes—not just billable hours
If you’re a BCBA looking for balance, autonomy, and a team that shares your values, we’d love to connect.
