Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about the activity, it’s about preserving dignity, encouraging creativity, and creating opportunities for connection.

What an incredible day for our Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Surprise family!

We are beyond grateful to officially share that ABC15 visited our community 2 weeks ago and experienced our THRIVE Program firsthand. They witnessed something that means so much to us, the beautiful power of intergenerational connection.

Every smile, every conversation, every shared activity between our residents and local youth is intentional. Together, we are bridging generations, creating meaningful relationships, preserving stories, and proving that age is never a barrier to love, learning, or belonging.

To have our mission recognized and now shared for so many others to see is truly an honor. We hope this story inspires others to invest in relationships that connect generations and strengthen our communities.

A heartfelt thank you to ABC15 for helping shine a light on what happens within our walls every day. Thank you to our incredible residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners who continue to make our THRIVE Program such a remarkable success.

Please Join Us in Welcoming Our New Executive Director, Michelle Estrada!

It is with great excitement that we officially welcome Michelle to the Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Surprise family as our new Executive Director.

With seven years of experience in senior living, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, compassionate leadership, and a heart that is deeply devoted to serving others. While she was presented with two other leadership opportunities, she chose Mosaic Gardens because memory care is where her heart truly belongs. It’s an honor we are incredibly grateful for.

Michelle is a proud native Phoenician with French-Canadian roots. She has been happily married to her husband, David, for 21 years and treasures her close-knit family. She is the proud mother of a son and a daughter, and her greatest joy is her 10-year-old granddaughter, Emily Blemily, who she lovingly describes as the light of her life.

Her passion for enriching the lives of seniors, combined with her family-centered values and servant’s heart, make her a wonderful addition to our community. We are excited for the future under her leadership and know she will continue to foster the warmth, compassion, and excellence that define Mosaic Gardens.

🍭A Little Sweetness Goes a Long Way

Sometimes the smallest treats create the biggest smiles. Today, our community was filled with laughter, colorful cotton candy, and hearts full of joy as residents, children, families, and friends came together to celebrate the simple pleasures of summer.

There’s something magical about watching fluffy clouds of pink and blue cotton candy bring out the child in everyone. These are the moments we treasure, moments of connection, laughter, and memories that remind us life is meant to be celebrated.

At Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Surprise, we believe joy is contagious, and today it was as sweet as cotton candy.

☀️ No Summertime Blues Here! ☀️

Today was nothing short of incredible as we partnered with Suncrest Hospice and Noble Hospice for our Wheelchair & Walker Wash, creating an unforgettable day filled with laughter, connection, and joy!

From refreshing lemonade 🍋 and delicious hot dogs 🌭 to fluffy cotton candy 🍭, thoughtful gifts 🎁, and smiles around every corner, the day was a beautiful reminder that life’s sweetest moments are often found in community.

Our hearts were especially full as residents and children came together for another amazing intergenerational experience. Watching different generations laugh, play, encourage one another, and simply enjoy the sunshine together is what Thrive Montessori at Mosaic is all about. These are the moments that create lasting memories and remind us that joy has no age limit.

A heartfelt thank you to Suncrest Hospice and Noble Hospice for partnering with us to make this event so special. Together, we’re creating meaningful experiences that bring happiness, purpose, and connection to those we serve.

There’s definitely no summertime blues here, just sunshine, smiles, and memories in the making!
