Curious about cupping? 💗

Cupping uses soft silicone cups to create suction on the skin. Unlike massage techniques that apply downward pressure, the cups gently lift the tissue.

Your therapist may leave the cups in place briefly or glide them across the skin as part of your massage. The sensation is different from hands-on pressure, and you can always discuss what feels comfortable.
