Every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, succeed, and shine.

At Family Strong, our Adaptive SKILLZ program provides individualized martial arts training for children and adults who are neurodivergent. Whether through one-on-one instruction, small group classes, or participation in our larger group classes with modifications and support as needed, we meet each student where they are and help them build confidence, focus, coordination, and life skills at their own pace.
