I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Sutherlin community for a little over a year now, and I’m grateful for the many wonderful people I’ve met along the way. Several friends and neighbors have reached out for help managing pain, and I’m always honored to be trusted with their care.

My treatment approach is simple: I give each patient my full attention, listen carefully to their concerns, and work with them to find the treatment plan that best meets their needs. I’m back in the office after two amazing weeks of family adventures! We explored some incredible gems in the eastern Oregon desert and wrapped up the trip with a relaxing night at Crane Hot Springs.
If you’ve never been, I highly recommend adding Frenchglen and the Steens Mountain summit to your list. At nearly 9,600 feet, the view is absolutely unforgettable! We even got a bonus private air show, with F-15s training through the deep canyons and making low-altitude fly-bys.

I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July celebration!

I’m back in the office this week after a great week with family, including a quick overnight trip to Seattle to catch a Mariners game—because nothing says “vacation” quite like ballpark snacks and questionable traffic decisions.

As of July 1, I am now an in-network provider with health insurance companies under the ASHN network, which includes Aetna and many others. In addition to ASHN, we are also credentialed and able to bill Regence BlueCross BlueShield, PacificSource, and Medicare.

As always, it is a good idea to contact your insurance company before any medical visit to confirm what is covered under your specific plan. Nobody enjoys financial surprises—unless, of course, it is finding money in an old jacket pocket.
