I’m Rachel, your local massage therapist. I partner with you on your healing journey. Whether it’s to relax or relieve tension in your muscles.

What I love about massage is the body knows intuitively how to heal itself. We just have to listen, and then the healing can happen.

Whether you need a deep tissue, somatic therapy, relaxation or prenatal massage- i tailor each massage for what you need.
