There are many ways to connect with your primary care team to ensure you are up to date on immunizations. Start the conversation by calling your primary care team, sending a secure message through MyHealth, or by scheduling an appointment to discuss in person.

Breastfeeding and expressing milk while returning to work can be challenging.

Talk to your employer early to create a plan before returning to work to plan for the following:
• Where can you express breast milk in a private, non-bathroom space?
• Where can you store breast milk (for example, refrigerator or insulated cooler)?
• Where can you clean pump parts?
• What times during your work schedule are best for you to express breast milk?

Southcentral Foundation supports breastfeeding parents returning to work. Visit https://ow.ly/OW7T50Zw03k to learn more or to contact your integrated care team to reach a lactation and infant feeding consultant.

Immunizations may be recommended for adults based on completion of childhood immunizations, age, life events, or health conditions. It is not too late to catch up on your vaccines!
