Home acupuncture treatment! My 5-year-old is home sick with a fever and headache. She was afraid of the regular needles but we tried this teeny-tiny press tack at acupoint LI-4 which is commonly used for headache and viruses.

She didn't like it and only let me keep it on for 2 seconds BUT an hour later her headache is gone, she's running around the house, and her fever went from 101 to 100! This is impressive, considering she's been laying down and crying in pain for hours.

I love getting reminders of how well this medicine works.

Y'all aren't drinking tap water are you? PFAs are nasty chemicals contributing to endocrine dysfunction (thyroid, reproductive, autoimmune issues) and they're found in lots of tap water. Also in LaCroix and similar fizzy drinks. Spindrift is better, it has lower levels. Look it up.

Anyways, time to get reverse osmosis or Berkey filters, even if you're not on this list!

Our newest acupuncturist in training!

My second beautiful daughter is expected in May. My current patients have been informed, but I figured I'd tell the world as well... At the end of April, I will be closing Wellbeing Acupuncture until further notice in order to focus on caring for my wonderful children. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with many of you, and I wish you a happy healthy journey moving forward. If you're wanting to sneak in another appointment before I leave, I have a couple openings mid-april as of now. I also have a list of referrals to trusted acupuncturists in the area, so feel free to contact me for recommendations for continuing your treatments!

Success story! This lil fella (4 years old) was suffering from large uncomfortable warts all over his hands, legs, and feet for the past 2 years.

I treated him with 4 extra-thin needles, and only left them in for about 5 minutes while he played happily with some crystals I had in my office. After 4 treatments, all of his warts disappeared 😯😯😯

Although I know acupuncture is powerful medicine, I have to admit I was a bit surprised at how quickly it worked for this stubborn condition. Children respond amazingly well to Acu treatments!

I love my job.

Oh, hi! I've been away from my business page because I've been so focused on patient care, family care, home care. All wonderful things that I'm grateful for, but I've certainly felt like I'm caught up in the "grind".

Last week I FINALLY took a whole day off and took a long walk in the colorful woods. It felt like coming home to myself.
