Something new is coming to The Body Therapy Center. 🌺

For many years, our journey into Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has begun with a five-day Level One training.

But I hear from so many people who are interested in this work and curious about what Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy actually is — what it feels like, how we listen, and why this way of working with the body is so different.

So this year, I’m opening the doorway a little wider.

I will be offering three separate Three-Day Immersions in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for those who would like to experience the work before making the commitment to our full Ten-Level Foundation Training.

These three days are not a shortened Level One.

They are an immersion into the heart of the work.

We will explore stillness, Primary Respiration, the midline, inherent health, the relational field, the intelligence of the nervous system, and what begins to happen when our hands stop trying to fix the body and learn instead how to listen.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy asks something unusual of us:

To slow down.
To widen our perception.
To become quiet enough to recognize the organizing forces already present within the human system.

And perhaps most importantly, to discover that health is not something we bring to another person.

Health is already there.

Following the three introductory immersions, those who feel called to continue will have the opportunity to enter our Ten-Level Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundation Training, beginning together as one cohort.

Three weekends.
Three doorways.
One journey forward.

Tomorrow Level 4 Biodynamic Craniosacral Students will return to the classroom for five days for a deeper dive into:
Conception, Stillness & the Midline

Before there was a spine, a nervous system, a heart, or a recognizable human form, there was organization, orientation, and an emerging midline.

In Level 4 of our Biodynamic Craniosacral Foundation Training, we journey back toward our earliest beginnings—exploring conception, embryologic development, the midline, the nervous system, awareness, and the profound stillness from which form emerges. Spirit before form.

We explore the midline not only as anatomy, but as an organizing principle—a deep axis around which the developing human finds orientation and coherence.

We deepen our relationship with the nervous system and awareness, noticing what becomes possible as effort softens, the nervous system settles, and awareness widens.

And beneath all movement, we listen for stillness.

One full day of this five-day training will be held as a silent retreat—meditation, mindful movement, walking, eating in silence, nature, rest, and deep listening.

A day devoted to quiescence.

To become aware of awareness itself.

To become quiet enough to perceive what is already here.

The quiet beneath our activity.
The midline beneath our movement.
The awareness beneath our thinking.
The stillness beneath our becoming.

The bell sounds every thirty minutes until the final three bells at 7:00 pm.

We begin another Myofascial Release journey this weekend!

Level One focuses on the spine and thorax—exploring the fascial system through skilled touch, listening, movement, and a deeper understanding of the body as a whole.

This training is designed for therapists who want to expand their hands-on skills and bring a more thoughtful, whole-body approach into their work.

A diploma recognizes the completion of an education, but it is character that defines a massage therapist. Over the past months, these graduates have demonstrated perseverance, compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to growing not only in their skills, but as human beings.

As they leave The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage, we hope they carry with them the understanding that true therapeutic touch begins with presence, integrity, and respect. Technical skill opens the door, but it is authenticity, humility, and a genuine desire to serve that make a lasting difference.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We cannot wait to see the lives you will touch and the difference you will make in your communities.
