You’ll connect with other teens, talk about what’s going on in your world, and pick up practical tools to help you feel more confident and grounded. It’s a positive, judgment‑free zone to laugh, learn, and be yourself while building skills that make everyday life a little easier.

🗣️Can I say something to the parent who’s worried about their teen?

❤️I know you wish you could take their pain away.

❤️I know you’ve probably wondered if they’re okay when they say, “I’m fine.”

❤️Maybe you’ve watched them become quieter…or angrier…or more distant than they used to be.

❤️Loss changes young people in ways they often don’t know how to explain.

❤️That’s why I created this group—not because I have all the answers, but because I believe no teen should have to grieve alone.

❤️If your family is walking through loss, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

❤️ Healing begins when someone feels safe enough to be seen.
