Reiki week at camp!🌈
From playing guess what’s in the box (which was hilarious by the way), to pendulums and having fun with sound bowls, this week we really tried to keep things playful, imaginative and hands on!🤲🏻
While also incorporating mindfulness, emotional awareness and energy protection.✨

🌟 A highlight from this week at camp that I’d love to share! 🌟

The kids were busy building their very own stores down by the turtle pond. 🐢

We had a tattoo shop using coal-covered sticks, a hay shop, a weapons shop made with branches, a flower shop where you could buy flowers, and then, of course, a bouquet shop! 💐

The kids used acorns as money and took turns visiting and “shopping” at each other’s stores. They even found a box of old Halloween decorations that someone was giving away and decided their shops needed a little decorating! 💀

It was so heartwarming to stand back and watch it all unfold. Moments like this remind me of one of the many reasons I love doing these camps. 💛

Children need the freedom to explore, create, pretend, and use their imaginations. They also need to spend time in nature—connecting to the Earth, and this was such a fun way to do both!🌿✨

Here’s a glimpse into Crystal week at Rae’s of Love & Light!❤️✨
From making crystal grids, to painting crystal geodes and making the most beautiful bracelets, this week was filled with learning new things, laughs and connection.💛
