We are writing to inform you that our office is presently undergoing a transition to a new software system. We kindly request your patience during this period as we finalize the implementation. If you have concerns about a scheduled appointment, please contact our office directly at 810-285-8429, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We anticipate the transition process to last approximately two weeks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this transition. Employee Spotlight: Meet Samantha, or other Sam as she is known in the office! She is one of the first staff that you’ll see when you enter our office. As our Administrative Assistant, she’s the heart of our front office and she’s the person that keeps everything running smoothly.

Her wit is unmatched, her sarcasm is legendary, and somehow she manages to juggle a hundred things at once while making it all look effortless. Whether she’s keeping the office organized, helping patients, answering questions, or solving problems before anyone else even notices them, Sam does it all with professionalism, humor, and grace.

Simply put—we couldn’t do what we do without her.

Thank you, Sam, for everything you bring to our team every single day. Your hard work, dedication, and one-of-a-kind personality make our office a better place, and we’re so lucky to have you.

Employee spotlight:

Meet Kelsy! Kelsy is one of our licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT). She is certified in accelerated resolution therapy (ART). She brings a unique humor, calm presence, and a passion for family therapy to the office.

Fun fact: Kelsy is a fourth degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, which is a Korean style of martial arts. She has been learning since she was 10 years old!

While being a mom is a beautiful journey, it can come with stress and emotions that might come as a surprise. This support group can give you the opportunity to connect with others who may be on a similar journey. BreAnna is one of the interns in our office and has a special interest in support for moms. Meet Nicole! Nicole is one of our administrative assistants. You can usually find her in the front office helping clients either on the phone or in person. Her kind voice can put new clients at ease who may be nervous to start therapy. She brings a positive energy to the office.

Fun fact: Nicole loves to read. In 2022 she hit her highest amount and read 264 books that year! If she's not at work, chances are her nose is in a book.

Meet Heide. Heide is one of our Masters Level Interns. Using a narrative approach to therapy, she is able to put her clients at ease and make them comfortable working through their struggles. Her background as a professional storyteller has greatly influenced her therapy style.

Fun fact: in 1988 Heide was the Genesee County 4-H Queen!
